Career Opportunities and Project Development

Madrid in Game opens the doors of the Video Game Campus to a new series of workshops for anyone interested in discovering how the video game and esports industries work.

The Workshop Programme brings together the expertise of players, coaches, content creators and other industry professionals with practical activities across the campus pavilions. You can discover how an esports club is managed, develop your skills in titles such as League of Legends, Rocket League and EA SPORTS FC 26, or learn to design experiences in Fortnite and Roblox.

This workshop will focus on career opportunities and project development and will feature Cristian “Cydonia” Vidal, Team Operations at Movistar KOI and director of Madrid in Game’s Esports Series Madrid. During this session, held at the Esports Center, he will share his experience in esports management and explore career opportunities in the industry, project development and ways to monetise these initiatives.
